pIR HEG
pIR HEG helps improve executive functioning. It allows us to control blood flow and metabolism in the prefrontal cortex. pIR is often used to enhance executive functioning, improve emotional regulation, and also serves to decrease symptoms of headaches and migraines.
Skin Conductance
Skin conductance (Galvanic Skin Response) and temperature biofeedback allows greater control and flexibility in the Autonomic Nervous System. Used to reduce stress and anxiety, GSR biofeedback can also improve concentration, promote greater self-regulation skills, among other uses.
Vision Training
Vision training improves focus and concentration by strengthening the eyes. Quieting the eyes has been shown to improve focus and has helped many athletes step up their game.
sEMG Biofeedback
sEMG biofeedback trains the muscles by strengthening them, reduces muscle tension, and can improve motor coordination.
